Crisis Shield accepts responsibility for the satisfaction of our clients. We are a bespoke crisis management and communications company, dedicated to ensuring our have the knowledge, process and insights to respond to a crisis.
Crisis Shield prides itself on providing specialist services with passion, professionalism and practicality. We set objectives according to our Quality Manual and monitor our progress towards these. We comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

We utilise only experienced, executive staff to consult our clients, and commit totally to meeting our clients’ requirements.

We review this Quality Policy annually to ensure it remains relevant and appropriate to Crisis Shield and our activities.
